Refund /Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept Cancellations once the order has been confirmed by the venue as preparation can often begin immediately following confirmation.

To provide the best customer experience, the venue may consider Refunds in the below circumstances.

• Where the items you have purchased are not suitable (or cancelled by the venue)
• You have received items that are different from what you have ordered
• Items are missing from your order

While unlikely, if these circumstances arise please contact the venue as soon as possible to discuss refunds or replacement items.

Cancellations & Changes

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your booking.
• Late cancellations or significant changes in guest numbers may incur a fee, especially for large group bookings.
